Book and Journal Release Function’ by Institute of Kashmir Studies on 20th Nov, 2020 at Gandhi Bhawan (Timing: 10:30 AM)

The Institute of Kashmir Studies is organising a function on 20^th November, 2020 to mark the release of an edited Book titled ‘Kashmir: Past and Present’ and the Institute Journal (Journal of Kashmir Studies). Prof. Talat Ahmad, the Vice Chancellor, University of Kashmir will preside over the function, and Prof. R. L. Hangloo, former Vice Chancellor, University of Kalyani and University of Allahabad, has kindly agreed to present a review of the edited book.
