The Institute of Kashmir Studies is organising a function on 20th November, 2020 to mark the release of an edited Book titled ‘Kashmir: Past and Present’ and the Institute Journal (Journal of Kashmir Studies). Prof. Talat Ahmad, the Vice Chancellor, University of Kashmir will preside over the function, and Prof. R. L.
